There is plenty of research to show that a healthier work force is much more productive, motivated and positive in their attitude. A healthier worker will take far less sick leave and have far more physical energy and hence be more mentally alert during work hours. Through my research I have discovered the best result is for people to break up the day and exercise during the middle part of the day. This can help energise them for the afternoon as opposed to wilting.

In hard economic times like these it would pay to invest the money budgeted for staff health and well being towards actually getting them active.

The sessions I conduct are tailored towards group participation and inclusion. They cater for all levels of fitness and include a variety of fitness activities and team building games. It is all done with a sense of youthful fun and humour and is designed to make people feel happy about working out.
