Over the course of 1 year you will train for 40 weeks as opposed to 48 – 50 weeks. A lot cheaper! In this time you will dramatically increase your strength, fitness, dietary knowledge. Most importantly I can instill the confidence in you to go out and train yourself. In less than a year you will feel like a new person and not feel the need for constant motivation.

One of the key factors in maintaining health and fitness is the mental challenge. Overcome this and you can achieve anything. The best example I can give is to look at the amount of people running marathons and then check how many of them come in the over 40 age bracket. I can assure you many of them have not been running all their lives.

We live in a city that offers more sporting clubs, parks and facilities than most places in the world. Unfortunately we also live in a country that loses 50,000 people a year due to heart related illnesses. There are no excuses for not being active and getting involved, especially when it’s your life at stake. Let’s get moving before it’s too late.
