One of the biggest challenges of parenthood is finding the time and motivation to getting yourself back into physical condition. From my experience the best motivation is a group that is organized to meet at the same time twice a week and enjoy some well structured and varied activities.

I do my best to keep the sessions moving quickly and change activities frequently to maintain stimulation and prevent boredom. I too am a parent and welcome any children who would also like to come. There is plenty of equipment for them to enjoy and I have recently qualified to train children. If you join up as a group you can bring the kids along to play at no extra charge.
