Training 1 to1 allows total focus towards exactly what you are trying to achieve.
Also allows a greater variety of activities such as cycling and tennis which are excellent weight loss tools.

Most importantly is give me the trainer a detailed look at you and your needs and closer monitoring of your progress.

My philosophy follows a structured routine with blocks of time allotted for self motivational work, or time apart. This gives a time frame to achieve goals, time off to re access, stay fresh and motivated to continue forward. Creating the motivation to continue is half the battle, I believe with my skills and experience, I can offer that.
