"After working with a couple of trainers, Julian is by far the best. His approach to training is more like a team coach. He motivates and encourages where required but is also tough with the group so we don't get away with being lazy. Over the time that we have worked with Julian he has really stepped up the intensity of our training after building our basic core strength. None of us have suffered any injuries as a result. I really enjoy our sessions and the hour flies by. The sessions are always varied and fast paced and my personal favourite is definitely game night when we take each other on in a game of European handball, soccer or ultimate Frisbee."
