In reality, you can’t afford a personal trainer for years on end. Nor can you afford to make excuses for continually not showing; thinking those sessions will be made up in the future.

So my strict schedule works like this:
10 weeks on, 2 weeks off – in conjunction with the school term. You work hard twice per week during which time you are given literature regarding nutrition and training techniques. During the 2 weeks off you are required to self motivate using your info file and train twice a week on your own.

On return a food and exercise diary is requested to track your progress. The training is carefully logged and continually increases, so the self training is imperative.
